West Plaza is an impressive new collection of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments reflecting the best in contemporary design and innovation. It is located off the A30 London Road, on the site of the former West Wing of Ashford Hospital. The project features 2No blocks which contain the apartments over 6 storeys.

West Plaza is constructed using a primary precast concrete frame with the external walls being infill pre-panelised Light Steel Frame. The infill panels resist the lateral wind loads whilst supporting the cladding material vertically. Panels were constructed off-site, which allows for increased quality assurance and also ‘just-in-time’ delivery. This was important for the area constrained city development.
