Always outward facing and strongly connected to our Clients, fellow Consultants and Contractors, we want to set the tone of how to engage, communicate and do business. We are passionate and energetic in all we do.

We are keenly aware of all that is around us, and always seek to understand where and how we can make a positive impact.

We live by our Values, and measure our collective success on these.

Over the years, our company has grown, evolved and rejuvenated. We have a deep respect for the leaders that have come before us, and we have always strived for continuous improvement, to ensure that the Business grows sustainably, and thrives, as a leader in our Field.

All of our Directors are time-served with Will Rudd, some having come right through the ranks. Future strategy and succession planning are essential to our thinking in ensuring a bright future.

The Management Team

Our Management Team of Directors, Associates, Senior Engineers and Team Leaders are a talented and diverse team, who bring a vast range of skills, experiences and personalities to our Organisation. We are a close group, all bringing our individuality to the team.

We are all Client focused and we lead our Teams from the Front, setting the Standards of quality and delivery, ensuring that our Projects are always well planned and resourced.

We are coaches and mentors, ensuring that our Teams are well equipped and our people are developing and fulfilling their unique potential.
