This £3.0m project aimed to bring together two existing facilities in separate buildings, both unfit for purpose and nearing the end of their useful lives.  These included the local doctor’s surgery and the existing day centre.

Land was purchased from the local Tennis Club to facilitate the development.

At Stage C the project was allocated to Hub South East and Will Rudd Davidson and Graham Construction were appointed to move the project forward on a Design & Build basis with East Lothian Council Architects being Novated to the Design Team.

WRD added considerable value to the project in the areas of future proofing the structural design and advising on structural implications of each preference for storage areas.
